  • 1. Surface Preparation:
    1. • Sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 to remove loose particles, dust, grease, and any cracked or flaked paint.
    2. • Wipe clean to ensure a dust-free surface.
  • 2. Primer Application:
    1. • Apply a coat of Emwite Wall Primer to improve adhesion and durability.
    2. • Allow drying for 6-8 hours.
    3. • Sand with Emery Paper 180 and wipe clean.
  • 3. Wall Putty (If Required):
    1. • Fill dents and uneven surfaces with Emwite Wall Putty.
    2. • Allow drying for 4-6 hours before sanding with Emery Paper 180.
    3. • Wipe clean before proceeding.
  • 4. Second Coat of Primer:
    1. • Apply another coat of Emwite Wall Primer for enhanced smoothness.
    2. • Allow drying for 6-8 hours.
    3. • Sand with Emery Paper 320 and wipe clean.
  • 5. Distemper Application:
    1. • Thin 1 kg of Emwite Acrylic Distemper with 600-700 ml of clean water.
    2. • Slowly add water while stirring continuously for a smooth consistency.
    3. • Apply 2-3 coats using a brush, roller, or spray.
    4. • Maintain a minimum drying time of 4-6 hours between coats.
